This proposed scheme involves the construction of two blocks of 5 storey student residences.
The site is a difficult and constrained site bounded by the main west coast railway line and the busy Fylde road.
The scheme maximises the use of the site with an innovative design incorporating traditional and modern materials. The scheme required a sensitive design to avoid detracting from the Grade 1 listed St. Walburges church.
The scheme passed for planning permission.
