A modern apartment building situated on a major route into Manchester and Salford city centres.
The design maximised use on a very constrained site. Parking was provided in a secure underground garage. The apartments were designed with front/back aspects to maximise views from the apartments.
The design had to meet stringent planning constraints relating to maximum heights and retaining a number of protected mature trees on the site.
