The scheme was designed for a Blue chip client and involved the conversion of a former school, currently being used as a series of office buildings into high quality residential apartments.
A new modern two storey extension was designed at roof level to maximise floor space whilst the design had to be sensitive to the winkley square’s conservation area.
The scheme gained approval in the summer of 2008.
