mck was commissioned to prepare a scheme for a city centre site. The development finally chosen had underground parking, ground floor snooker club with cafe area and 4 further floors of apartments.

The site wasn't the simplest redevelopment with difficulties in accessing the underground parking and noise/odour issues from adjacent businesses. After considerable negotiations with the local authority a successful planning permission was obtained.
