The redevelopment of a quay side site provided us with the opportunity to produce a major mixed-use development of offices, cafes, apartments and family housing. The site also overlooked a listed building.
The scheme proposed incorporated a waterside sculpture walk which linked a pedestrian route and vista through to the listed building.
The development has varying heights of buildings rising up to 13 storeys on the quay side with a 4 storey element to the listed building.
