MCK Associates - Tickled Trout

The scheme comprises of the refurbishment, extension and alteration of the existing hotel. The proposals include the part demolition of the eastern end and replacing it with 5440 sq m of five storey high new build. This will accommodate an additional 16 bedrooms (bringing the total up to 118) along with the relocated bar, reception, conference facilities, restaurant and kitchen. A new leisure facility will be provided consisting of a swimming pool and gymnasium.

 

Car parking provision will be increased from 85 to give a total of 201 spaces. This will be achieved by alteration and re-arrangement of previously approved underground car park.

 

Following the satisfaction of a number of conditions, construction drawings are soon to commence.
