A new six storey apartment building located on the seafront at Morecambe.
The building is of timber frame construction and steps back as the building rises. The materials are traditional, utilising brickwork predominantly and white rainscreen cladding to the uppermost floor. Te design and orientation of the apartments allowed for the maximum number of units to have views of the sea.
The top floor houses penthouse apartments with large glazed walls giving extensive views over Morecambe Bay.
The main feature of the building is the “butterfly” roof structure and angular bays that give a striking look to the building.
