A new five storey 70 unit apartment building, formed around a central courtyard with basement car parking.
The building occupies a difficult site adjacent to the listed Collegiate Building on the outskirts of Liverpool City Centre.
The structure is to be timber frame and detailed discussions have taken place with the planners to agree a suitable design for the sensitive site.
The materials used include St. Bees red sandstone, glass and aluminium and aim to complement the listed Collegiate Building yet provide a modern contemporary structure.
