We are currently working on large scale projects in North Wales, Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire, Nottinghmashire, Cumbria and the Isle of Man.

 

We are at the forefront of the current residential principles of urban design and master planning.

 

Housing design in inner urban areas in particular can present challenges. With our positive approach and wealth of experience have produced many sustainable design solutions in partnership with local authorities.

 

mck produced the master plan for Cottam Village, North Preston for English Partnerships.

 

Locally we produced the master planning and final designs for the Leyland BTR Works Scheme and the Royal Ordinance Factory Site in Euxton.

 

In both these cases mck were instrumental in obtaining the development land for our client, Taylor Woodrow Developments.
