Master Planning
We offer a choice of specialist services which range from master planning of large urban regeneration projects, new suburban villages (Cottam village north of Preston for the commission for new towns), to small to medium infill sites within existing village settlements.
No site is too small or too big to be master planned. All sites are considered with the current design legislation and guidance and are also prepared in accordance with existing local planning policy.
