Initial feasibility studies are prepared to provide a clear and informed appraisal of the development land potential.
It identifies any constraints the site may have which will require specialist design solutions at an early stage and consequentially have an effect on land value.
During this early process the local authority are consulted to discuss the issue of sustainability of the site within local and national planning policy.
